“What if we designed tour t-shirts?” we asked ourselves, even though we were highly aware that when God made us, the box checked was for “podcasting” and "world tour fashion icons".
“And instead of having a booth at our live shows,” we continued hypothesizing, “what if we offered it to everyone on our website?”
No one ever answered if all these what-ifs were a good idea, SO WE ARE DOING IT ANYWAY! And also assuming that people will love our tour merch as much as they love their Eras tour merch. It's basically the same. Some may even say better.

WAREHOUSE SALE TERMS
All Official PMG warehouse sale merchandise runs in conjunction with our current pre-order merch sale, which means:
(1) Merchandise was made to order for a previous merch run, which means availability is extremely limited and won't be offered again.
(2) Due to the nature of our previous runs, there will be no returns, refunds, exchanges, or re-prints.
(3) We do not anticipate any shipping issues, but if for some reason you are unable to find your order, there are no replacements. Contact us if this is the case.
(4) We cannot guarantee delivery times, but our intention is for all items to be shipped by December 6.
(5) Even if your order only contains warehouse sale items, we cannot guarantee early shipment. All orders will be processed by December 6th at the latest. -
EXCHANGE POLICY + ORDER CHANGES
The PMG Fall Merch Launch is October 15-28, 2024 with fulfillment happening through December 6. If you need to update or cancel your order, please email us at hello@knoxandjamie.com no later than October 28, 2024 at 9am CT. We cannot guarantee updates to orders after that time.
