We are Cringe. We feel no shame in sporting a side part or appreciating the culinary perfection that is Pumpkin Spice. We sometimes refer to "crossbody bags" as "fanny packs" and wear them accordingly. We Google phrases we hear from The Youths and occasionally dare to use them in the public square. We get excited about trash pickup day, perfecting each drawer in our home with individualized organizers, spending hours finding the perfect name for our Pickleball team and may have picked up bird watching as a hobby.

WAREHOUSE SALE TERMS
All Official PMG warehouse sale merchandise runs in conjunction with our current pre-order merch sale, which means:
(1) Merchandise was made to order for a previous merch run, which means availability is extremely limited and won't be offered again.
(2) Due to the nature of our previous runs, there will be no returns, refunds, exchanges, or re-prints.
(3) We do not anticipate any shipping issues, but if for some reason you are unable to find your order, there are no replacements. Contact us if this is the case.
(4) We cannot guarantee delivery times, but our intention is for all items to be shipped by December 6.
(5) Even if your order only contains warehouse sale items, we cannot guarantee early shipment. All orders will be processed by December 6th at the latest. -
EXCHANGE POLICY + ORDER CHANGES
The PMG Fall Merch Launch is October 15-28, 2024 with fulfillment happening through December 6. If you need to update or cancel your order, please email us at hello@knoxandjamie.com no later than October 28, 2024 at 9am CT. We cannot guarantee updates to orders after that time.
