All Official PMG merchandise is for pre-order only, which means:

(1) Pre-order merchandise is made to order and will not be immediately shipped due to production and fulfillment times.

(2) Due to the nature of a pre-order, there will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

(3) Payment is required up front to print and ship your pre-order merchandise.

(4) We cannot guarantee delivery times, but our intention is for all items to be shipped by December 6th at the latest.

(5) If you need to make changes or updates to your order, please email us before October 28 at 9am CT. After that time, no changes can be made.

(6) If you purchase warehouse sale items in addition to pre-order items, all items will be shipped together when your pre-order items become available.

  • EXCHANGE POLICY + ORDER CHANGES

    The PMG Fall Merch Launch is October 15-28, 2024 with fulfillment happening through December 6. If you need to update or cancel your order, please email us at hello@knoxandjamie.com no later than October 28, 2024 at 9am CT. We cannot guarantee updates to orders after that time.
